Rossendale Museum
The early Victorian country house of a mill owner, set within Whitaker
Park. Rossendale Museum houses a fascinating and intriguing collection
of objects.
Displays include
a late Victorian drawing room, fine arts and furniture. The museum
also has an amazing natural history collection that includes a baby
elephant, tiger and bird displays.

Platform Gallery (in the attractive Station building in Clitheroe)
has always been a
successful venue for Ten Plus.
Staff at the Gallery reported strong interest and many pieces
were sold, Ten Plus members will go to work now to prepare more
textile pieces for the next exhibition

common in Nantwich because of the many wooden houses. At the museum
you can learn about this, also about Cheshire cheese making and
